Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects (software development) from planning to completion.
- Identify and manage resources required for the project.
- Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Resolve issues or obstacles that arise during project execution.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Manage risks and ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years experience as a project manager (include intern experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with international clients is highly desirable.

- Willing to work in a hybrid system (Yogyakarta) with an initial 3-month probation contract.
