Role Description
The Sales Director at OXO is responsible for leading and executing the company’s sales strategy across its real estate portfolio, driving business growth, and ensuring a top-tier client experience. This role involves managing the sales team, strategizing for key client acquisition and retention, and working closely with other departments to optimize performance and enhance the company’s market position. The Sales Director is key in representing OXO’s brand, providing high-quality customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients and investors.
OXO seeks a dynamic sales leader who combines market knowledge, sales expertise, and a client-first approach. The successful candidate will have access to sophisticated sales and marketing tools, lead-generation advantages, and the support of OXO’s strong and trusted brand in the market.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Established network of clients and investors in Bali is highly preferred.
Strong experience with CRM and other sales-related tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
