Key Responsibilities

2. Business Development & Opportunity Generation

  • Lead the development of new business ideas from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring profitability and scalability.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, technology providers, and stakeholders to enhance business growth.


3. Product Development & Launch**

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of new product or service launches, including product development, pricing strategies, and distribution plans.
  • Ensure that new products/services meet customer expectations and comply with industry standards and regulations.


4. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Set KPIs and track the performance of new business initiatives, reporting regularly to senior leadership on progress and key outcomes.
  • Analyze feedback, customer data, and market trends to refine business strategies and improve product offerings.
  • Continuously assess and optimize new business operations to maximize profitability and market penetration.


5. Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing new business development team.

  • Develop and manage budgets for new business initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, strategy, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products or services in the telecom, technology, or digital industry.
  • Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with a focus on building relationships and driving results.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from inception to completion.
