They actively participate in product requirement meetings, product demos, and coordinate with project management to align development efforts with client requirements. Job Descriptions:
System Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions for clients. They actively participate in product requirement meetings, product demos, and coordinate with project management to align development efforts with client requirements. This role involved creating detailed documentation, including mandays and timeline plans, as well as comprehensive project/client documentation to facilitate smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Ensure timely implementation of solutions for clients.
- Attend product requirement meetings and product demos.
- Coordinate with project management to define development efforts and timeline requirements.
- Create mandays and timeline documentation for project planning.
- Develop Project/Client documentation including gap analysis, project objectives, business requirements, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), flowcharts, Functional Specification Document (FSD), and Business Requirement Document (BRD).
- Detail tasks for implementation by development teams or implementors.
- Ensure the Customer Experience team handles client interactions smoothly for after-sales service.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Have an experience as a business consultant, system analyst, or similar role.
- Familiarity with business management software such as CRM, ERP, HRIS.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Preferably have knowledge of diverse business areas and fields such as IT, Marketing, HR, etc.
- Proficiency in JavaScript.
