Manage influencers’ schedules, including campaign planning, events, and promotions, ensuring all activities align with strategic plans.
Support influencers in managing and growing their social media presence, offering guidance on personal branding and positioning in the market.
Monitor campaign performance and evaluate partnership effectiveness to ensure optimal outcomes for both influencers and brands.
Handle any public image issues or crises involving influencers by creating appropriate crisis management strategies.
Provide both professional and emotional support, helping influencers maintain a balanced work-life dynamic.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in influencer or talent management within the digital industry or agency environment.
Strong understanding of social media trends, digital platforms, and influencer marketing strategies.
Solid negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with influencers and brands.
