Job Description Summary
The role is responsible for providing strategic support to the Grid Solution GA APAC leadership team, in terms of Market analysis. The role will work closely with the APAC commercial team and reports to the APAC Sales Operation and Marketing Leader.

Job Responsibilities
• Maintain current knowledge of market practices relevant to Commercial Distribution Channel, scout for & enable/apply best practices.
• Collect, interpret and report of market research.
• Collect, validate, maintain, and update relevant information about markets and competitors. Release the information in form of regional marketing Newsletter. Report for any changes in the market and business environment in the Region
• Act as competitor observer for competitors based in your region.
• Supply market share data, perspectives on market trends and competitor activities, market forecasts, and pricing information.
• Collaborate with Account manager and growth leader to identify our GAP to market and action plan.
• Provide analyses to support strategic thinking and operational decision making. Actively contribute to marketing input for Management cycle and management presentations.
• Improve our understanding of the customer needs evolution & the regulatory/political scene. Translate it into business-oriented actions.
• Contribute to a Regional strategic project as a team member.
• Provide at least annually a marketing presentation of the region (after MASS process)
Job Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering with relevant experiences of commercial practice in in-/direct equipment, services and/or solutions markets
• 2+ years strong track record of work with CRM & related apps., e.g., SFDC, Excel macro, Einstein/Tableau…analytics and dashboard build
• Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
• “Wing-to-Wing”-background in deal making processes.
• Strong analytical skills, linked to solving problems/to derive meaningful conclusions, with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment, with agility.
• Possess regional experience and also experience in successfully leading cross-functional projects and process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas.
• Understanding & ability to work in a large & complex matrix organization
• Good understanding of Order Intake Booking, Market knowledge within the power industry
• Strong proficiency in English
