If you are someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in digital media placement or digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, programmatic DSPs).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and implement effective digital media plan.
- Comfort with analyzing data and using it to drive next action.
- Keeps up with industry trends and new technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Works well with team members and other departments, global team to achieve digital goals.
And you are ready to be:
- Develop and implement digital media placement strategies aligned with marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage end-to-end execution of digital media campaigns, including planning, buying, and placement across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms, website etc.
- Coordinate with creative teams, global team to ensure ad creatives meet campaign requirements and are optimized for performance for website and others.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
- Identify trends and insights from campaign data to make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- A/B test various ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
- Develop and manage budgets for digital media campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Track spending and provide regular reports on budget utilization and campaign performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with digital media vendors and platform representatives and agencies;
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and new ad technologies.
- Prepare regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Document campaign strategies, processes, and learnings for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, marcom, E-Commerce, GTM, Product Team, global team to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
