Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development at Gradana Indonesia. The Business Development will be responsible for various tasks related to driving business growth, including finding qualified borrowers, deal making with institutional lenders, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, conducting market research, creating business proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies and objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in P2P or commercial banking
- Strong skills in borrower and lender leads generation
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with borrowers and lenders
- Knowledge of the fintech industry, particularly invoice/ PO financing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
