About the Role
The Affiliate Community and social media Officer is responsible for managing and engaging the affiliate community, planning and executing affiliate campaigns, overseeing social media activities, collaborating with influencers, analyzing performance metrics, innovating strategies to boost engagement and sales, and handling social media crises.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree in communication or marketing.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in managing community, social media, or affiliate programs, preferably with familiarity in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to build and maintain an affiliate community.
Content Creation: Proficient in creating and managing engaging content for social media, including photos and videos, and capable of hosting live commerce sessions.
Platform Skills: Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) and affiliate marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
Analytical Skills: Ability to use analytical tools to monitor campaign performance, measure engagement, and generate reports on social media and community performance.
Creativity: Skilled in generating new ideas to boost community engagement and adept at adapting to trend changes.
Efficiency: Quick in managing tasks and prioritizing based on needs.
Adaptability: Fast to adapt to changes and dynamic work requests
Responsibilities
Affiliate Community Management:
- Build and nurture a vibrant affiliate community.
- Engage with affiliates regularly to maintain strong relationships.
- Provide support and resources to affiliates to help them succeed.
Affiliate Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute affiliate campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve targets.
Social Media Management:
- Manage social media accounts across various platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly to foster community engagement.
Collaboration with KOL and Influencers:
- Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and influencers.
- Develop partnerships to promote products and services.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns and track their effectiveness.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use analytical tools to monitor social media and affiliate campaign performance.
- Measure engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Strategic Innovation for Increasing Engagement and Sales:
- Develop innovative strategies to boost community engagement and sales.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into campaigns.
- Experiment with new ideas and approaches to enhance marketing efforts.
Social Media Crisis Management:
- Monitor social media channels for potential issues or crises.
- Develop and implement crisis management plans.
- Respond to crises promptly and effectively to protect the brand's reputation.
