Main Requirements

Logistics Operations

  • Ensure the transportation are timely managed and orders are delivered correctly to warehouse / any destinations.
  • Liaise with freight forwarder/ local courier on outgoing/incoming shipments and responsible for all custom clearance documentations.
  • Own the transportation & customs clearance performance metrics.
  • Investigate, analyze the deviations and identify actions / measures to close the gap and make the continuous improvement.

Warehouse Operations

  • Coordinate and arrange with 3PL for all customer orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule in a timely manner. Ensuring 3PL arrange goods with proper label, pack/wrap in safe manner for transportation.
  • Ensure 3PL properly inspect/check contents of all incoming shipments against supplier’s invoices, packing lists or delivery note.
  • Manage and handle return goods process (excess or defective) from customers to factories / suppliers.
  • Conduct monthly cycle count and annual inventory stock count to maintain accuracy in inventory. Regularly check on Warehouse Standards & Quality are maintained.
  • Own the warehouse performance metrics. Investigate, analyze the deviations, and identify actions / measures to close the gap and make the continuous improvement.

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

  • Process of customer orders in SAP upon receipt via different channels / platforms.
  • Check open order and backlog reports daily to ensure timely processing of customer orders.
  • Issue Purchase Orders / manage Cross-Company Purchase (CCP) to factories / suppliers.
  • Follow-up on customer orders (new/aging) to ensure timely fulfilment of goods, services and information to customers. Ensure billings are done and mail/email to customers on a timely manner.
  • Monitor open purchase orders / inbound deliveries from factories and suppliers.
  • Preparation of documents (Invoices / Delivery Notes) for scheduled deliveries.
  • Process orders efficiently and with quality from receipt of orders from customers/sales team to delivery of goods.

Customer Service

  • Answer queries from sales and customers on stock and shipment of orders.
  • Provide professional & high-quality phone call & email support to internal and external stakeholders on a timely basis.
  • Manage and escalate customer expectations, resolve customer satisfaction issues.

Education And Experience

  • Diploma and/or Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Logistics or related fields.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Order Fulfilment / Supply Chain.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in SAP / Excel Marco & PowerPoint Skills.

  • Knowledge in SharePoint will be an added advantage.
