  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

  • Review and monitor fit-out process for tenant unit, starting from drawing submission, and fit-out consultation of ensuring design and implementation are according to mall's fit-out guide and standard, day-to-day monitoring on-site
  • Advise, assist and ensure work progress complies with the standard as well supervise contractor safety programs
  • Ensure that all quality control procedures are executed promptly and efficiently for company projects at a work site.
  • Planning the handover with the tenant and performing snag checks before handing over to tenants, including the administration matters
  • Process the tenant requirements regarding fit-out also coordinate with contractor /vendor in regard to fitting out and/or mall’s project.

Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduate is preferred
  • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Required skills: AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch up, 3D, 4D
  • Understand the duties and responsibilities as an Admin
  • Have knowledge in calculating budget for building (RAB)
  • Have good knowledge of Fit Out SOP
  • Have good communication skills to coordinate with related departments regarding tenant administrative requirements that must be met before and after the unit is operational.
  • Have good problem solving & complaint handling skills
