Responsibilities:

  • Required to provide day to day admin support to the selected business functions including Sales, Operations, Finance and general office functions, based on the experiences and qualifications
  • Process concise data with IT skills & Microsoft tools, and able to handle efficient general admin duties and perform document control & clerical works, including online & offline filings and archiving.
  • Reporting to CTO and responsible in managing and coordinating the assigned admin tasks and process.
  • Responsible in organizing and follow through process with the assigned admin tasks.
  • Responsible in the business data maintenance, update and archiving.
  • Responsible in the documentations online and offline for effective access and updated filings.
  • Creating PR/PO for products and services required by the Technology team
  • Monitor all expenses by incurred by Technology Group
  • Participate in meeting internally and externally, as needed, and prepare MOM
  • Provide Administrative Support to Technology team
  • Gain insights into the various products and services that Technology team is offering to customers (DAS and non-DAS)
  • Generate minutes of meeting for both internal and external meetings - support in sales calls (as part of up-skilling)
  • Work with the marketing manager to develop GTM sales deck for DAS and non-DAS managed services.
  • Prepare proposal including technical and commercial

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Words and PowerPoints.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks
  • Positive job learning attitude and able to adapt and work with dynamic job scope.
