Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Finance Accounting on behalf of our client, a leading ISP company. This role will play a key part in supporting the company’s financial management and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily, monthly, and annual financial transaction recording process.
  • Prepare financial reports that are accurate, timely, and in accordance with applicable accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS).
  • Analyze financial reports to identify trends, patterns, and deviations.
  • Prepare comparative financial reports and financial ratio analysis.
  • Assist in preparing operational and capital budgets.
  • Assist in long-term financial planning.
  • Manage daily cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available.
  • Monitor bank and investment account balances.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, with 2-3 years in private equity (PE) or venture capital (VC).
  • Practical experience with Joint Ventures and IPO processes, including financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting tools; familiarity with GAAP or IFRS standards.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify trends and patterns in financial data.
  • Experience within the ISP or telecommunications sector is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings to executive leadership.
