Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and creative working environment

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP certification is a plus
