What You Will Do

  • System Configuration: Set up and configure the collections campaign to align with organizational policies and strategies.
  • User Management: Create, modify, and delete user accounts, ensuring appropriate access levels and permissions.
  • Data Management: Oversee the integrity and accuracy of data within the system.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to users on system functionalities and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with collection system developer external vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and support. And also include Regularly coordinate with our telephony vendor to update caller ID numbers in the Dialer System
  • Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • System Upgrades: Manage system updates and enhancements, testing new features and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Reporting and Analytics : Additionally, assist in managing the Collections Dashboards and Reporting to ensure timely and accurate data availability when the MIS (Collection Data Analytics) team is unavailable, including weekends and holidays when the collection team needs to carry out operations.

What You Will Need

  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related discipline
  • Or at least have 1 years of experience as system admin or data analytic in Collections team in banking/fintech/startup
  • Proficiency in collection dialer and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address system issues and optimize processes.
  • Good communication skills. This will be needed when communicating with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Knowledge of database management and data analysis tools.
  • Available to work on weekends and holidays as needed, should the collection team require support on those days
