2. Job Description

2.1 Main responsibility:

v Set up & Develop Karofi Stores (online and offline)

• Find & propose suitable places for opening Karofi stores.

• Build & develop Karofi stores, ensure functional and optimal visual appeal.

• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.

• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.

• Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditure.

v Propose & execute sales campaign to meet or exceed sales target

• Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary.

• Propose sales campaigns to boost sell out.

• Formulate pricing

v Ensure availability of merchandise

• Handle inventory management, including stock level monitoring, ordering, and organizing.

• Study the market demand and competitor to propose the competitive items.

• Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.

• Coordinating storage and transportation of goods at an offsite warehouse.

2.2 Requirements:

v Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, Marketing Management, and Commercial Management.

v Have at least 5 years of experience working in retail sales management (prefer home appliance products).

v Proficient in English in 4 skills (speaking, reading, writing, listening).

v Very proficient in office information technology (Microsoft office).

v analyze, synthesize, plan, organize and update, process information and coordinate and lead internal teams and other departments to deliver the company's common goals.

v Ability to work independently or in groups, have high ownership of work, coaching and team leadership, and can withstand high work pressure.

v Have analytical skills and understanding of marketing techniques to coordinate with marketing agencies.
