Qualifications:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience at the Managerial Level in FMCG / Beauty Industries (Local Company)
  • Able to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • In-depth understanding of the beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Strong marketing skills to create effective product marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Leadership skills, team management, and excellent communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Able to think creatively and innovatively
  • Have a knowledge in online and offline campaigns
  • Experience in end-to-end marketing (innovation to market execution)

Responsibilities:

  • Developing brand identity (including creating ideation for new / improvement products for Scarlett)
  • Identifying market opportunities, trends, and consumer needs to drive product development
  • Managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, for every product improvements
  • Managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation to ensure cost efficiency
  • Delivering product briefs to Brand Marketing Strategies for product development
  • Execute and ensure product management strategies align with the organization's objectives
  • Create and maintain a timeline for product management on track as planned
  • Oversee cross-functional teams involved in product development, especially R&D and Marketing Support
  • Make a report for the new product's evaluation and feedback
