The Talent Development Officer is responsible for helping employees grow in their roles and develop new skills. This involves creating and managing training programs, supporting employee career development, and ensuring that the organization has a strong pipeline of talent for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with managers to identify training needs across the company.
- Support programs that prepare employees for leadership and future roles.
- Assist in performance reviews and provide support for managers to give feedback to employees.
- Track employee progress and suggest ways to improve skills and performance.
- Help identify high-potential employees and create plans for their growth.
- Support the company’s succession planning to ensure key roles are filled from within.
- Create initiatives to keep employees motivated and engaged in their work.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years experiences in talent development.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with others and help employees grow.
- Good at problem-solving and helping others succeed.
- Motivated, with a passion for learning and development.
- Ability to work with leaders to improve the team and company.
