  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Jobs Function and Duties :

  • Ensure all MEP systems are well-maintained and functioning optimally, overseeing routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Lead technical teams, coordinate with external vendors for system repairs, and manage equipment replacements.
  • Supervise MEP-related projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and adherence to safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections, detect and resolve system issues, and prepare technical reports.
  • Monitor energy consumption, implement efficiency strategies, and support sustainable resource use.

Qualification :

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor, across healthcare (Hospital, Clinic) and hospitality (resort, hotel, restaurant) facility.
  • Proficient in OHS-OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001:2018, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety
  • Experience at High Rise Building more preferable.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and team leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with MEP management software.
  • Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety standards for healthcare environments.
  • Have a good integrity and honest
  • Willing to work mobile from one location to other location
