Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning & Development Programs: Identify and assess training needs, and create initiatives that promote continuous learning and professional development, tailored to the needs of the palm oil industry.
  • Performance Management System: Develop and oversee the implementation of a robust performance management system to drive accountability, recognize excellence, and support employee growth.
  • Organizational Development: Work closely with leadership to develop and execute organizational development strategies that support structural improvements, culture transformation, and overall employee engagement.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement a strategic talent management framework to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential employees across the organization. Collaborate with leadership to create career development plans, succession planning strategies, and pathways for professional growth, ensuring a strong talent pipeline aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement Support: Play a key role in organizing and supporting Continuous Improvement events to foster a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in human capital development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within the agriculture or palm oil industry.
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and best practices in adult learning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
