Main Responsibilities

  • Implement Talent Acquisition Strategy: Ensure end-to-end talent acquisition strategy is executed effectively, aligning with the company’s goals and values.
  • Employer Branding Initiatives: Lead Employer Branding programs and activities in collaboration with universities and partners to strengthen our market presence.
  • Talent Sourcing: Actively search for prospective talent in line with the specifications and needs of the company and industry trends.
  • Job Portal Management: Maintain and manage the Company’s job portal account, keeping job postings updated and engaging.
  • Selection and Onboarding Process: Conduct the full selection process from initial screening through onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement continuous improvements in the recruitment and selection process to drive efficiency and enhance candidate quality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field, with at least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong proficiency in Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI) techniques and psychological testing interpretation
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms (Linkedin, Jobstreet, etc)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike
