What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:
- Assist in identifying and engaging potential lead for Saku Kredit through targeted, data-driven outreach strategies to maximize activation rates.
- Collaborate in the planning and development of campaigns, contributing to the design of initiatives that enhance Saku Kredit product engagement.
- Support A/B testing to assess communication effectiveness, optimizing user interactions throughout the Saku Kredit journey from activation to usage.
- Monitor and Analyse key performance metrics to ensure a seamless end-to-end Saku Kredit experience, from onboarding throughout utilization.
- Manage essential administrative responsibilities, including weekly performance reporting and documentation preparation to support day to day loan business operations.
- Conduct in depth research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preference to inform strategic decision making and enhance product positioning.
What Is Required and What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Loan Portfolio Management, Loan Products, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in digital banking or FinTech, particularly in digital lending, is highly preferable
- strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated customer-centric approach, with well-developed analytical skills and great attention to detail.
- Ability to combine structured, data-driven thinking with creativity, leveraging, insights to inform audience specific strategies.
- Proficiency with digital tools for communication, data analysis, and reporting; familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms is an advantage
