Responsibilities :
- Doing online & offline canvassing to get new leads pipeline
- Prospect and pitch new user / new business opportunities to meet sales target
- Negotiate & create commercial deals by finding out what potential client needs
- Helping new customers to understand the value of our product or service through the onboarding process
- Develop and maintain the customer relationship by excellently understanding the key customer or target audience to ensure their objectives are being met in order to retain business
- Monitor and manage users’ performance, including discussing some strategies to improve and grow their achievement
Requirements :
- 2+ years of sales, lead generation, or account management experience
- Previous sales experience in the marketplace, agency brand, omnichannel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner, willing to learn new things
- Ability to feel comfortable in a high-intensity, KPI-driven, sales environment.
- Able to work either individually or in teams
- Resourceful, highly motivated, and self-driven with a strong work ethic
- Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
- Strong analytical skills – able to organize data to identify opportunities
