  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Job description:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to address any issues, provide updates, and offer support.
  • Identify client needs and potential opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients in understanding our services and maximizing their growth in revenue.
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for new members, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Conduct training sessions or demos as needed to help new members get started.

Requirements:

  • Know basic knowledge of insurance and has enthusiasm to work in the healthcare industry.
  • Minimum has 2 years experience in handling client relations.
  • Having familiarity with basic Microsoft Excel functions and features.
  • Able to work in group, individual and external parties.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
  • Analytic, data driven and detail oriented.
