Key Responsibilities:
1.Perform general administrative duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
2.Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, both physical and electronic.
3.Maintain and organize the warehouse.
4.Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
5.Assist in on-boarding new employees and coordinating training sessions.
6.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
7.Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
1.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration is a plus.
2.Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
3.Proficiency in English is required; strong communication skills are essential.
4.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
6.Experience in warehouse management is a plus.
7.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8.Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
