Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• At least have 1 year experience in sales, retail, or customer service, especially within the fashion or apparel industry, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Ability to handle client objections and close sales deals.
• Attention to detail in handling orders, follow-ups, and record-keeping.
• Willingness to meet sales targets and deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Understanding current fashion trends and how they affect garment sales.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, if required.
