Position: AI Project Specialist
Location: Onsite
- Be a Project Leader in Training: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized AI solutions using our WIZ.AI Talkbot platform.
- Ensure AI Excellence: Test AI conversations, ensure their accuracy, and provide feedback to continuously improve the bot’s capabilities.
- Shape Conversations: Help craft and refine dialogue scripts that power human-like conversations for our clients.
- Be the Client’s Champion: Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales & Solution Delivery to manage feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Soft Skills:
- A natural problem solver with a knack for logical thinking.
- Proficient in English and “Bahasa Indonesia”.
- You don’t need experience – just a passion for learning and technology!
- Bonus points if you’re obsessed with how people and machines interact.
- Perseverance & creativity to overcome project challenges
Fast-Track Your Career
