Role Description

This is a contract role for a Leader in Digital Marketing based in Yogyakarta. The position involves overseeing day-to-day digital marketing activities, implementing strategies to enhance online presence, and analyzing web analytics. This is an on-site role that requires hands-on management of digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any majors

- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing especially social media, email, and content marketing

- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, Paid ads, and analytics tools

- Strong ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and optimize budget allocation

- Proficient in data-driven decision-making and A/B testing to optimize campaigns

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement tools

- Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, is a plus

- Target-oriented, customer-oriented, and detail-oriented

- Effective persuasive communication and leadership skills

- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta as soon as possible
