Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia at momenta Indonesia. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks will include account planning, forecasting, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in account management and business development
- Knowledge of HR & Turn-key Consulting, Training, and Coaching services
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and drive business growth
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is ideal
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
