Bar Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supervise the team's activity at the Bar Section and assist the Managers in controlling the day-to-day operations.
• Serve beverages to guests.
• Should be able to open and close the restaurant, manage all bartenders, track beverage inventory, order supplies, and create daily staffing schedules.
• Should be ready to handle customer complaints as well as perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Bar Manager, and should be able to conduct the daily briefing.
• Responsible for maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the bar/pantry area, as well as managing inventory for alcohol, drinks, and other bar supplies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of two years' experience in the same position.
• Highly committed, outgoing, energetic, and, most importantly, possessing a positive attitude.
• Strong managerial and communication skills are a MUST.
• Must be a highly committed individual.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Willing to work late hours.
