Responsibilities:

Finance Management

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements (cash flow statements)
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.

Tax Compliance

• Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other relevant taxes.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Assist in tax planning and strategy development to optimize the TMN's tax position.
• Respond to tax inquiries and audits from regulatory authorities.
• Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the organization.

Reporting and Analysis

• Generate financial and tax reports for management, providing insights and recommendations based on the analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for external stakeholders, such as investors and regulatory bodies.

Internal Controls and Process Improvement

• Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets.
• Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and systems.
• Assist in the development and documentation of finance and tax policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting and/or Tax with min. GPA 3.00 from a reputable university.
• 5+ years of overall finance and tax experience, start-up experience preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Excellent understanding of Indonesia's prevailing tax regulation (preferably having Brevet A & B certificate) and Indonesian Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
• Familiar with e-SPT, e-Faktur, DGT Form, Tax Treaty, and Fiscal Reconciliation.
