Assistant Manager – Maintenance (Coil winding operations)

- Spare part sourcing and arranging knowledge as advantage.
- Knowledge and work experience in automation and KEIZEN activities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve process rejection improvement activity through applying statistical analysis of spare and function.
- Create and maintain a document Preventive and corrective maintenance documents and address all finding and actions.
- QMS audit document maintain for ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 audit and ensure Zero non-conformity.
- Observe and identify the operator to team leader strength and weakness and improve action periodically.
- Inspect critical machines periodically to determine problems and necessary actions.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians
- Creating trouble solving report with proper statistical analysis and ensure no occurrence of failure.
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment and maintain sufficient stock with cost effective.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
- Leads maintenance team in an effective, positive, and efficient manner
- Must be familiar and to do trouble shooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatics control and related parts and function.
- Arrange spare parts with local and outsourcing based on needs.
- Machine improvement need to be done through automation and other KEIZEN activities.
- Ensure machine ZERO machine breakdown losses and improve OEE.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
- Min 3 years' relevant work experience
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Preferably experience in the assembly process.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
