We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented sales officer for position Account Executive. In this role, you will work closely with the Associate Manager of Fleet Sales to manage client relationships, drive sales, and support corporate (fleet) customers. Your focus will be on developing client leads, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
What You Will Do:
- Use professional prospecting and networking techniques to generate new sales opportunities.
- Create demand by aligning client needs with our services and effectively communicating the value.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from initial outreach and solution development to negotiation and final closing.
- Input orders into the e-commerce system and document all sales activities.
- Ensure customer data is kept current and accurate.
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Executive or in Business Development within a B2B setting.
- Must have experience sell oil/lubricant/spare parts (mobil) minimum 3 years
- Familiarity with of the B2B business such as logistics, transportation, mining, plantation, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, at least intermediate level (manage data, pivot function, developing reports, and so on)
- Strong knowledge of sales pipeline management and complex B2B sales is essential.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in large client organizations is required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and adaptability in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel within the territory to meet customers and clients.
- English conversation is preferred
- Open to contract-based work for a minimum of 3 months.
