We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to help us lead the charge in expanding our banking products and enhancing business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to partner with banks and drive the growth of banking product penetration across LazPay's platform.
  • Manage commercial negotiations, focusing on performance improvement and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure daily operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify partnership opportunities to optimize program usage and maximize support.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments, including product, marketing, legal, finance, and operations, to ensure successful program implementation and growth.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate program success, proposing and implementing improvements as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in payment business development, growth, or partnerships, ideally within the eCommerce or retail industries.
  • Proven success in establishing partnerships and driving growth for banking cards and payment products.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign execution and evaluation.
  • Passionate about business collaboration, growth strategy, and continuously identifying new opportunities for improvement.
  • Skilled in negotiation with excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Experience in data analytics and SQL is a plus.
