Responsibility
- Identification and analysis of business requirements
- Identification of system integration requirements (interfaces/upload download between OMS and Distributor Own System)
- Collaboration and alignment with Regional Deployment Team
- To assure concerns and risks are considered in the plan and assure a mitigation strategy in place
- Plan, monitoring, maintaining, executing, and adjusting the project plan (based on the input and deliverables of team members) and stakeholder
- Ensure the OpCo, Regional, and Distributor activities are in line with the project planning
- Assure a Training plan for key and end users is in place and adopted by distributors
- Go live and Post Go Live support
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or higher – or equivalent, preferably in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science, Analytics, etc.
- Other fields of expertise: communication skills (verbal, written), analytical and process management, change management
- Experienced in managing FMCG project is nice to have.
- Languages: Fluent English (verbal, written) required.
- Ability to distil voice of the customer and converting this into initiatives
- Experience working within and implementing complex change projects
- Problem solving skills that use techniques to identify the root cause of the issue
- Knowledge of expert in end-to-end order to cash process and distributor operations
