Role Description

  • Perform finance reporting,analysis, and other management tasks
  • Perform reconciliation of accounts and records (balance sheet, P&L, bank account)
  • Accounting reports/schedules for internal audiences (management reporting)and/or for external audiences (compliance reporting)
  • Supervise payment requests, and check document completeness before payment made
  • Supervise & lead for consolidation of financial statements, cash flow reporting, and budget reporting
  • Cost Accounting /Budgeting for allocation of direct/indirect costs, variance analysis, budget preparation
  • Supervise Invoicing, Account Receivable maintenance & Collection
  • Leading project cost controlling
  • Leading of the implementation of SAP

Qualifications

  • Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills
  • Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
  • Experience with Accounting Software
  • Have Experience as Accounting SPV Min 2 Years or Senior Staff Min 5 Years
  • Fluent in English is Must, can speak Mandarin is Plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA certification is a plus
