Digital Ads Specialist
Job Description:
1. Managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads for sales purposes, covering trend research, advertising strategy, budgeting, sales monitoring, and reporting.
2. Collaborating on and monitoring advertisements with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Purchase (CPP), Cost Per Result (CPR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Investment/Return on Ad Spend (ROI/ROAS) for each active campaign.
3. Creating and executing digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Meta Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms.
4. Analyzing reports generated from analytic tools to drive continuous improvements in generating high-quality leads.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 year of experience in digital marketing, specifically in running ads (Paid Ads; Meta Ads (CPAS) and Marketplace Ads (Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, etc).
2. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytic platforms and ads management.
3. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
4. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovate campaign ideas.
5. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
7. Have knowledge or experienced with sportswear or retail industry.
