KOL Specialist (Pet Food Industry)

Compawnion is Indonesia's leading fresh dog & cat food company driven by love and science. With our goal to change the landscape of the pet food industry, we would like to partner with you as KOL Specialist in this movement.

For this role, you will be placed in one of our brands, Catto cat food.

Responsibilities:

• Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third parties for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.
• Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
• Reaching and building a KOL network for different categories on social media.
• Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns.
• Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
• Provide accurate timing estimates on work.

Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience managing KOL/influencers/buzzer/communities.
• Having good and extensive networking with KOL/influencers/buzzer/communities.
• Experience with mass networking with at least 100++ KOL per month would be preferred.
• Savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing.
• Creative and passionate in Digital Marketing.
• Great interpersonal skills- Great time management skills and attention to detail
• Team player and love to interact with people.
• You're a true cat person -- even if you don’t have one!
• Willing to work from our office at Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
