Responsibilities :

  • Overview, develop and implement HR functions and initiatives tailored to support HR factory operational functions, including employee database, HRIS, recruitment & training activities
  • Execute, monitor and ensure the implementation of company’s policy & procedures, code of conduct and good corporate government
  • Maintain strong relationship with all stakeholders, including external stakeholders such as communities and government. As bridge between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Develop and maintain positive employee relations with labor union by promoting open communication channels, addressing employee concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution
  • Monitor and ensure the condition of assets and make improvements and or repair if necessary.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or any related major from reputable university.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience as HR manager, with specific experience in food manufacturing or plant environments.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and collective bargaining practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Cilegon factory and travel to other factory sites regularly
