Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in sales management within the cloud services industry and a passion for mentoring and developing sales talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a small team of sales representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Target Achievement: Set sales targets for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the COO.
- Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by the sales team promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the cloud services industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer Focus: A deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
