About The Role

The VP of Sales will be responsible for driving and managing sales growth across both e-commerce and offline retail channels, ensuring Tentang Anak product and sales growth in the market. This strategic leadership role will involve developing innovative sales strategies, optimizing channel performance, and understanding market behavior to effectively reach and engage with Tentang Anak target consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to grow Tentang Anak’s presence in both online and offline markets.
  • Market Behavior Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and consumer behavior across e-commerce and physical retail channels, adapting strategies to maximize reach and conversion.
  • Cross-Channel Synergy: Ensure a consistent and unified approach between online and offline sales, coordinating closely with marketing, brand, and product teams to enhance customer experience and brand presence.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set, track, and achieve ambitious sales targets, using KPIs to measure success and inform adjustments to strategies.
  • Revenue Growth and Forecasting: Monitor sales pipelines and develop accurate revenue forecasts to support strategic planning and growth projections.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, support, and performance management to foster a results-driven environment.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with executive leadership and other department heads to align sales strategies with the company’s overall business objectives and growth goals.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record in both e-commerce and offline sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods sectors.
  • Comprehensive experience across various sales channels, including offline (modern trade, general trade, and distributor management), as well as online channels. The ideal candidate should also have a strong background in trade marketing, sales capability development, and a proven track record of driving growth through both traditional and digital sales strategies
  • Experience managing sales ≤ IDR 100 Billion/month
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics across digital and physical retail channels.
  • Demonstrated success in growing sales, meeting targets, and driving profitability.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and build a high-performing sales team.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working cross-functionally.
