About The Role

The VP of Brand and Business will be responsible for leading the development and innovation of the Tentang Anak brand from Skincare, Nutrition, Books and Educational Tools, ensuring its growth, visibility, and resonance with consumers. This position will oversee a multidisciplinary team including Brand Managers, KOL (Key Opinion Leaders), Public Relations, and Professional Marketing. The VP of Brand will drive strategic initiatives to position Tentang Anak as the top-of-mind choice for parents, enhancing both brand loyalty and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of long-term brand strategies that align with the company’s mission and business objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Brand Innovation: Drive brand evolution and innovation by identifying market trends, consumer insights, and new opportunities that elevate Tentang Anak's presence in the parenting industry.
  • Brand Growth & Awareness: Develop and execute initiatives to increase brand visibility, engagement, and consumer loyalty, positioning Tentang Anak as the leading parenting brand in Indonesia.
  • Market Research & Consumer Insights: Utilize consumer data, research, and market analysis to inform brand decisions and tailor strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • P&L Analysis: Manage and analyze P&L statements to ensure profitability and financial health of the product line
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of Brand Managers, KOL specialists, Public Relations, and Professional Marketing, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective execution of brand initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of building and scaling consumer brands.
  • Experience managing total business size ≤ IDR 100 Billion/month
  • Experience in strategizing and executing brand building, managing category P&L, driving brand innovation, increasing market share, enhancing buyer acquisition and retention, leading brand communication across PR, KOL, and professional channels, and managing a high-performing team
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of consumer insights, brand positioning, and market trends within the parenting or FMCG sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive innovation and creativity while maintaining a strong focus on results and OKR
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and brand strategy.
