Business Trainee - Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate communication and collaboration between various departments of the consumer finance business（ multi-finance company) and the support departments of the Indonesian group company;
2. Oversee business compliance related work, deeply understand the business and achieve the best balance in compliance, and handle regulatory audits and business reports;
3. Serve as the communication bridge between local departments and the relevant departments at the headquarters in Shanghai, handling daily communication tasks;
4. Focus on developing management and decision-making skills, serving as a candidate for reserve cadres;

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above from a reputable university, majoring in science, engineering, or finance-related fields, Indonesian nationality, and fresh graduate;
2. Proficiency in English, capable of using it as a working language; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly;
3. Stable personality, organized, intelligent, diligent, perceptive, with strong self-motivation and the ability to handle pressure;
4. A deep understanding of and keen interest in emerging industries such as the Internet and fintech. Willingness to embrace new things and challenge;
