  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We’re looking for an experienced Broadcast Specialist to join our team and help us bring our esports events to life. The ideal candidate is passionate about gaming, skilled in live event production, and has hands-on experience with broadcast equipment and software for digital and live streaming platforms. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to shape unique, engaging broadcasts for gaming and esports audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage live broadcast operations for esports events, including pre-production, live streaming, and post-production.
  • Set up, test, and operate broadcast equipment, including cameras, audio mixers, graphics overlays, and streaming software.
  • Ensure video and audio quality meet broadcast standards, troubleshooting technical issues in real-time as needed.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director and Project Manager to ensure broadcasts align with brand vision and client objectives.
  • Coordinate with broadcast teams, casters, and other event staff to deliver smooth, professional broadcasts.
  • Produce engaging content by adding live graphics, instant replays, and other broadcast features.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in broadcast production, especially for gaming/esports events.
  • Proficiency with streaming software (e.g., OBS, vMix, XSplit) and video equipment.
  • Proficiency with live production hardware (e.g., Blackmagic, Ross, Newtek).
  • Knowledge of live audio/video production, including switching, lighting, and sound design.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Passion for gaming and esports; knowledge of popular games and the gaming community is a plus.
