Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Ads Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various platforms. This role focuses on Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Cost Per Acquisition Strategy (CPAS), and marketplace advertising to enhance the organization’s online presence and achieve marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads to maximize ROI and drive traffic to company websites and landing pages.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and ad copy.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
  • Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits, including keyword optimization, backlink strategies, and technical SEO improvements.

Collaborative Ads (CPAS):

  • Develop and manage Collaborative Ads campaigns on Meta platforms, collaborating with Shopee and Tokopedia to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize reach and effectiveness in driving conversions.

Marketplace Advertising:

  • Manage advertising campaigns across marketplace platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, and others to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
  • Monitor performance metrics, adjust advertising strategies, and optimize product listings for maximum impact.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaborate Across Teams:

  • Work closely with content marketing, social media, and sales teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for keyword usage, ad copy, and landing page design.

Stay Current:

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEM, SEO, CPAS, and marketplace advertising.
  • Attend webinars, conferences, and training sessions to further enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically SEM, SEO, CPAS, and marketplace ads.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, metrics, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketplace dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
