Job Description:

  • Mentor and guide junior frontend developers by providing technical feedback, code reviews, and hands-on support to help them improve their skills and deliver high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to create robust, efficient, and scalable web solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of Progressive Web Applications (PWA) to enhance the user experience and ensure web performance optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge within the team.
  • Ensure that the frontend architecture adheres to best practices and that applications are developed with a focus on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
  • Participate in design and code reviews, ensuring that the team’s work meets high standards for quality and maintainability.
  • Contribute to the development of coding standards and ensure junior developers are following these guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex frontend issues and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from Informatics Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Information Management or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Minimum 6-7 years of overall work experience and knowledge of frontend development and programming.
  • Have competency in Programming Language (Javascript), Javascript Development Framework (ReactJS, NodeJS), Performance Optimization, Website application architecture, Problem-Solving.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, analytical and communication skills.
  • Willing to work in the office (location: Jakarta)
