Responsibilities :
- Maintain & manage process payment applications regarding invoices, procurements and petty cash
- Maintain condition of cleanliness and tidiness around site office and site facilities area in accordance with company standard
- Acommodate any travel inquiries for employee business trip
- Supervise the maintenance of office facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and fully operational
- Maintain, handle & arrange the expatriate’s working permits
- Manage company properties including office spaces, equipment, and assets
- Handle work-permit
- Establish & maintain cooperation with external third party
- Responsible of managing administration of General Affair data
Qualifications :
- Fluency in Mandarin is a MUST
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in General Affair or other related function
- Having experience in handling documentation about working permit including communicate and coordinating with agent
- Strong organizational skills & able to do multitasking
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of property and facility management best practices
- Able to multitask and eager to learn
