Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Receptionist at Royal Ambarrukmo Yogyakarta. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication with guests and staff, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
  • Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
  • Knowledge of hotel operations is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
