  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Senior PMO (Project Management Officer) for Kreditplus located in South Jakarta. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior PMO to lead and orchestrate a large-scale core system upgrade project involving nearly 30 applications over an 18-month timeline. This role requires a strategic project manager with a strong background in business analysis and experience managing core system projects in banking or multifinance environments. The Senior PMO will work closely with business users and lead a team of Business Analysts to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a PMO, project management, or business analysis role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record managing complex core system upgrade projects, ideally in banking or multifinance sectors.
  • Extensive experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, with experience in business analysis or project management roles related to ERP implementations.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate large-scale, strategic projects with complex application architectures.
  • Strong understanding of functional business user requirements and multi-disciplinary project scope.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing risks and ensuring project success.
  • Experience working on-site and available for offline interviews as the project start date approaches.
