- Conduct keyword research and content optimization to boost organic traffic
- Monitor, analyze, and understand current SEO and digital marketing trends
- Implement SEO strategies to align content, SEO specialists, and marketing teams on initiatives related to:
- On-page and off-page optimization
- Website health checks/audits
- SEO performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs
- Regularly monitor website and organic channel performance, alerting for any anomalies
- Create and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to report progress on organic channel achievements
- 3+ years as an SEO Analyst and 5+ years in Marketing, preferably in SEO
- Willing to work on-site at Evermos headquarters in Bandung
- Basic knowledge of marketing frameworks
- Detail-oriented and data-driven
- Strong analytical skills for comprehensive analysis
- Experience in on-page and off-page SEO
- Proficient in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
- Basic HTML, CSS (WordPress preferred), and JavaScript knowledge
- Familiar with site structure and sitemaps for technical SEO
- Understanding of mobile optimization and UX
- Current with SEO trends and algorithms
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheets; familiarity with Google Data Studio is a plus
- Collaborative with content teams, providing insights based on analysis
- Strong communication skills; able to simplify technical concepts
- Ability to integrate data for actionable insights beyond basic analysis
